Kento Tsuchihashi

Born in Canada in 1990. Graduated from Kawagoe High School in 2009. In November 2011, passed the CPA exam of Japan during third year at university. After graduating from Keio University in March 2013, joined Seiwa Audit Corporation. Engaged in audit job mainly in charge of the entertainment industry (Hong Kong Stock Exchange), automobile sales industry (TSE), and real estate industry (JASAQ). Joined LIXIL Corporation in 2015 and engaged in projects such as the implementation of IFRS, the implementation of a consolidated accounting system, and the acceleration of settlement in the consolidated settlement group. He was stationed in Singapore and engaged in the implementation project of the Global Financial Shared Service Center (a project to aggregate and outsource the accounting functions of overseas subsidiaries in each country) for the accounting department in the Asia Pacific region. After that, joined Shinsei Corporate Investment Co., Ltd., and was in charge of IPO support as a PMI of the investee (including but not limited to project management of the introduction of accounting software freee, construction of an accounting system that can withstand audits, etc.), sourcing to execution of new investees.
In addition, we have supported the establishment of an accounting system for a new subsidiary of a major general trading company, the implementation of a consolidated system for a company with sales of 20 billion yen, the construction of consolidated closing processes, financial reporting processes, and process improvement.

Unarom Tsuchihashi

After graduating from an accounting university and gaining experience in accounting at companies in Thailand (hotel industry and beverage manufacturer), worked at Accenture's BPO center in Malaysia for an overseas subsidiary of a Japanese mega client (sales scale of 2 trillion yen).
She covers a wide range of accounting areas, such as purchase to settlement, sales to payment, account reconciliation, payroll calculation, fixed asset management, financial reporting, and internal transaction reconciliation in consolidated financial statements. She can also handle tax areas including VAT calculation and withholding tax processing in Thailand.
She is familiar with accounting systems such as SAP system, QAD system, Opera System and Diva.
